System’s Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the only
low-frequency readable and writeable tag available. Now, operations
can store information about individual animals on the tag,
keeping the information with the animal for advanced privacy
and instant traceback of data. The convergence of animal profiling
technologies, diagnostic testing and electronic identification,
provides producers with a complete herd management solution. |

Background: |
The company was
founded by an executive team that has extensive experience in the
large-animal production industries and in bringing new technologies
to markets. Ray R. Rogers has formed and led both private and public
corporations. Bruce Hoffman, a doctor of veterinary science, has
spent his career as a consulting veterinarian and in large cattle
feed yard operations. Both founders have worked for several years
with the beef cattle industry developing and refining its animal
profiling technology, and defining its advanced animal
identification systems, prior to creating API. |
